CLAUDIA TAMARA MICULICI

I have been working as an apparel designer, product developer, and trend forecaster for the past 7 years and have worked in the apparel industry for the past 10 years. The majority of my experience is primarily in Women's Sportswear, but I've also designed and developed Women's, Men's, and Boy's Activewear and Athleisurewear as well as Women's Sleepwear, Swim Cover Ups, and Men's and Women's Outerwear. From 2020- currently, I've had the opportunity to design and develop soft accessories including bags, pouches, face coverings, throw pillows, bedding, rugs, and hair accessories.

I am seasoned at trend forecasting, conceptualizing and leading the vision for each season, crafting color palettes that resonate with the customer and are on trend, providing artwork direction and co-designing on graphics with graphic designer, sketching and presenting each collection to senior leadership, and selecting and approving all fabrics, color submits, and trims. I am very comfortable working cross functionally to launch products and skilled at communicating with overseas vendors.

My creative passion truly lies in the design and conceptual phase of the creation process. I love the thrill of the hunt for fresh innovations to infuse into the fabrics and silhouette details of my designs. I am a high energy, very positive individual which impacts every facet of how I interact with others. I believe that clear communication and collaboration are the foundations of success.
